Job Title

A key role is available for an experienced finance professional to oversee financial management, including profit and loss, budgeting, compliance, and risk control.

  • Manage the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, working capital, and overall reporting and control processes, as well as be responsible for controls audit, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and accounting.
  • Develop financial business plans and forecasts that meet company objectives.
  • Maintain the finance and accounting practices in accordance with policies, regional policies, regional SOPs, and regulatory and general accepted accounting principles.
  • Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to leadership and make actionable recommendations on strategy.
  • Ensure efficient and effective management and operational policies and procedures for operational activities are met, within approved budgetary allocations and legal statutes.
  • Develop short-term and long-term strategies for managing liquidity and monitoring of cash flow, closely working with the Vertical CFO and Treasurer for maintaining liquidity for operations.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to assist leadership in performing their responsibilities.
  • Offer strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization by being a partner to senior leaders.
  • Focus on performance management, forecasting, and prescriptive analysis to drive informed business decisions.
  • Act as an advisor from a financial perspective on any contracts into which the organization may enter.
  • Establish and implement internal controls, finance policies, and procedures, administrative, and IT systems to ensure day-to-day operational activities are efficient and effective, aligned with approved strategic initiatives and budgetary allocations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and functional heads to proactively eliminate financial and legal risk to the organization.
  • Advises and guides leadership on the external landscape regarding changing governmental legislation that potentially affects or changes the financial, administrative, and IT requirements in India.
  • Ensure all statutory requirements of the organization are met.
  • Comply with all aspects of quality, health, safety, and environment management systems.
