Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager located in Muscat. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch. Day-to-day tasks include developing product strategies, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscape, and engaging with customers to gather feedback and identify needs.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a small team and manage manufacturing tech projects. You'll work closely with Indian manufacturing companies to help them use technology better – from improving factories to implementing new systems. You'll also help build our internal tools and offerings, not just deliver client projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead a Small Team (4–6 people)

Guide and manage a team of analysts and consultants

Mentor junior team members and help them grow

Improve team skills and ensure high performance

Develop Tech Solutions for Manufacturing

Plan and build new tools for factory and production improvements

Lead system implementation (like ERP or MES)

Create reusable frameworks and methods we can use again

Work with Clients

Manage relationships with senior manufacturing leaders

Lead project delivery across sectors like auto, pharma, FMCG

Present insights to top executives (CXOs)

Ensure high-quality results and on-time delivery

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

3–4 years in a top consulting firm .

Some team management experience (formal or informal)

Ready to take on a full-time leadership role

Think like a product owner, not just a project manager

Good to Know

Understanding of Indian manufacturing – production, challenges, processes

Strong project management skills:

Creating work breakdown structures (WBS)

Planning with Gantt charts

Managing teams with Kanban or Agile

Experience with tech systems in factories (ERP, MES, automation) is a bonus

Leadership Style

Strong consulting background with structured thinking

Comfortable with clients and public speaking

Focused on team building and innovation
