Production Support Analyst Role Overview

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled Production Support Analyst with experience in directly supporting business users at an L2 level.

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in production support is required.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/Unix and VB/Powerquery/Python is essential.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of basic support processes, such as incident management, is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools is highly valued.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Self-driven individuals with high accountability standards are preferred.
  • Flexibility in work timings, including India shifts (07:30 to 16:30 IST) and UK shifts, is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to business users. This will involve resolving technical issues, improving system performance, and ensuring seamless operation of production systems.
