**Job Title:** Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.

This is a dynamic role that involves working closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure timely book closure, reliable MIS, and overall investor-readiness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
