Job Title: Senior Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consolidation Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading consolidation efforts across various departments.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Circulate Make overhead Flash files with stakeholders, ensuring timely submission and review.
  • Maintain accurate records of Make related MIS submissions, adhering to established timelines.
  • Analyze actual Make Costs, identifying variances and presenting findings to the FP&A team.
  • Develop and submit Make-related analytics for performance review calls with Supply stakeholders.
  • Facilitate performance connections with FP&A and Supply stakeholders, fostering open communication.
  • Collaborate with supply and procurement stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring seamless integration into current month submissions.
  • Provide depreciation-related reporting for Make Cohort, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit O&R trend analysis, per-case rate, and variance numbers to FP&A.
  • Lead monthly overhead reviews with the team, focusing on run-rate analysis and anomaly detection.
  • Conduct GLAT-B/S reviews, ensuring comprehensive understanding of Supply performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in consolidation management, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective collaboration among teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools, including Microsoft Office and data analysis platforms.
