Job Title: Consolidation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced finance professional to join our team as a consolidation specialist.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing month-end financials for multiple legal entities in compliance with Ind AS.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements according to Ind-AS.
  • Liaising with teams and auditors on a regular basis to ensure timely completion of audit.
  • Managing relationships with Big 4 auditor firms.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts Consolidation & Ind AS.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining accounts under Ind AS and Companies Act, 2013.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and SAP experience.
  • Experience in managing Big 4 audit firms.
