Job Overview

Oracle EPM FCCS consultants are sought after by organizations to implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service for financial consolidation and close processes.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.
  2. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  3. Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  4. Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  5. Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  6. Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  7. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM
  • Deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes
  • Multi-currency and intercompany elimination knowledge
  • Complex reporting needs and solution design
  • Experience with Oracle FCCS, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting
