Key Financial Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle FCCS solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in financial consolidation and close processes, with a strong focus on delivering accurate and timely consolidation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users.
  • Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions.
  • Support transition activities and contribute to knowledge building on Tagetik within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support.
  • Solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Openness to learn and work on other consolidation tools.
