Oracle EPM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional with expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS to drive our business forward.

The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to deliver accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning & forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to teams.
