Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS / IFRS / US GAAP/ standalone and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies, statutory requirements, and reporting timelines.">
  • Manage the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.">
  • Collaborate with entity-level finance teams to collect, verify, and reconcile financial inputs.">
  • Maintain and improve consolidation processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.">
  • Monitor the impact of any M&A activity, restructuring, or business changes on consolidation.">
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis and assist in presenting key financial insights to management.">
  • Support statutory and internal audit processes with required schedules and reconciliations.">
  • Utilize ERP and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM) for financial reporting and data management.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting is required.">
  • Strong working knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.">
  • Experience with ERP/consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), or similar.">
  • Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and multi-currency consolidations.">
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach to financial reporting.">
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across geographies.">
