Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial controls group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO's office and contributing to the success of our European private equity client.

About the Job:

  • This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Senior Analyst to lead project initiatives across various support areas, including corporate accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Manage activity dashboards, allocate tasks among team members, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Financial Controls: Monitor transactions interfaced between ERPs, flag issues, and collaborate with different teams to resolve discrepancies.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Review reconciliation results, generate regular and ad-hoc analysis/reports, and improve current reports to meet best quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Domain Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS, with handling related reporting.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI; knowledge of VBA programming and business software applications (SAP, Business Dynamics) is an added advantage.
  3. Behavioral Skills: Strong written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
