Senior Financial Analyst - Transactions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. This role requires a strong foundation in financial due diligence, quality of earnings reviews, valuation, and data book preparation, coupled with the ability to review outputs, manage deliverables, and coordinate with onshore teams.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for leading workstreams, ensuring quality of deliverables, and mentoring junior team members, while collaborating seamlessly with US counterparts in a fast-paced deals environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses, working capital and net debt schedules.
  • Databook preparation and financial variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform valuation support, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transaction analyses.

You will act as a primary India contact for US engagement managers and senior stakeholders, managing project workflows, prioritizing competing deadlines, and upholding quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with databook preparation, reconciliations, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills (financial analysis, dashboards, presentations).
  • Ability to lead small teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain quality under pressure.

Experience Required: 5–7 years in Transaction Advisory / Deals (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
