Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist

About the Role

The Financial Reporting and Consolidation Specialist will be responsible for managing accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting functions.

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS) is a key responsibility.
  • Consolidation must be completed as per given timelines by headquarters.
  • Reconciliation for related party balance confirmation and elimination for consolidation process requires attention to detail.
  • Responsibility for completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activity on time is critical.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing all metrics for all financial plans is essential.
  • Ensuring that new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied by various entities within the company is a vital task.
  • Preparation of various Management reports providing effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO is required.
  • Implementing digital financial MIS solutions and driving process improvements within a corporate finance environment is desirable.
Qualifications

A CA degree and minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms are necessary qualifications.

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting are essential. Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards is also required.
