Job Title: Make Consolidation Manager

  • Maintain effective communication with supply, procurement and FP&A stakeholders to ensure seamless make consolidation process.
  • Circulate make-related MIS as per agreed timelines to facilitate informed decision making.
  • Submit actual make cost with variance analysis to the FP&A team for review and approval.
  • Develop make-related analytics to support performance review discussions with supply stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance checks with the FP&A team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Hold performance review sessions with supply stakeholders to discuss progress and set goals.
  • Collaborate with supply and procurement stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks affecting make-related submissions.
  • Prepare depreciation-related reports for the make cohort to ensure accurate financial representation.
  • Analyze O&R trend data and submit findings to the FP&A team for further review.
  • Review month-end overhead expenses with the team to identify anomalies and optimize run rates.
  • Lead the Supply GLAT-B/S review process to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in make consolidation and analysis.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools.

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Make Consolidation Manager.
