Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Female Administrative Assistant to join our team at Asahitec Stencils Private Limited.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
">- Calendar Management: Handle and coordinate active calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and meeting confirmations.
- Scheduling and Meetings: Schedule and confirm meetings, making sure all parties are well-prepared and informed.
- File Organization: Ensure file organization based on office protocol, maintaining a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, managing competing demands and deadlines.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and presentation creation.
- Marital Status and Age: Preferably married and less than 40 years old, with a strong focus on personal and professional growth.
