About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Associate to join our team at PTC Aviation Academy. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently, ensuring prompt attention to all correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, ensuring seamless coordination with other teams
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, as required
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in managing phone systems and handling multi-line phone calls, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality and precision
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience using software applications to manage data and coordinate schedules
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong understanding of the importance of presentation and image
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the trust placed in us
  • Knowledge of the flight and travel industry is highly desirable, but not essential
