Assignment Support Specialist

As an Assignment Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless payroll processes and accurate expense management. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing timesheets and expenses for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client-specific guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify receipts and ensure final amount tallies.
  • Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts.
  • Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and preparing detailed overviews of issues.
  • Ensure timely processing of emails in shared inboxes and respond within 24 hours.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts according to Payroll team requirements and seek approvals without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work according to the payroll schedule to prevent delays in payment.
