Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support and excellent troubleshooting skills. They should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for administering endpoint management solutions, managing incident and service request processes, utilizing proactive monitoring tools, and handling access requests.
Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate consultant onboarding/offboarding processes, manage access to collaboration tools, and monitor and respond to phishing email incidents.
