Finance Support Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Finance Support Specialist to collaborate with our finance team in day-to-day operations.

This role offers hands-on experience in financial processes, including billing, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and general accounting.

  • Assist in preparing client invoices and maintaining accurate records of billing and payment transactions.
  • Support daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Maintain and update financial documentation and databases.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on audits and monthly closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative is highly valued.
