Senior Finance Transformation Specialist

We seek a seasoned expert to spearhead finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP FICO implementations, Product Costing, S/4HANA Cloud, treasury, and finance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and rollouts.
  • Collaborate with the FICO team on support models and SLA/KPIs.
  • Drive cross-domain integration of FI with PS, CO, MM, SD, and PP.
  • Implement and manage Product Costing, including costing runs, material ledger, variance analysis, and integration with FI/CO.
  • Develop and implement finance reporting strategies.
  • Configure and support treasury, BRS, and APP functionalities.
  • Leverage S/4HANA Cloud for finance innovation.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements, identify gaps, and optimize processes.
  • Lead project execution using Jira and SAP CALM.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in finance operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10-14 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
  • Deep expertise in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Product Costing.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-module integration.
  • Experience in treasury, BRS, APP, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.
  • Project management experience with Jira and SAP CALM.
  • SAP certification in FICO/S/4HANA required.
