Job Title

Achieve Operational Excellence as a Strategic ServiceNow Architect.

As a seasoned ServiceNow Architect, you will lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ServiceNow strategies to drive business outcomes, aligning with enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
  • Architect and deliver cutting-edge solutions for Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Delivery, Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Technology Portfolio modules.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of enterprise capability models, ensuring seamless integration with business outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model), platform governance, and CMDB strategy.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior architects and consultants to foster growth and development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, etc.).
  • Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization.
Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 12-19 years of total IT experience with 8-15 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SPM / ITBM modules: Demand, PPM, Resource, Agile Delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Business Capability Modeling.
  • Proven track record in architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Good to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of CSDM, CMDB structure, and data model alignment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting environment (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
  • Exposure to ServiceNow's Enterprise Architecture (EA) module, including Business Capability Mapping, Technology Portfolio, and Enterprise Planning is beneficial.
