Community Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our community growth initiatives and foster a collaborative environment.

  • This role involves designing and executing the overall community strategy, aligned with company goals, brand tone, and customer lifecycle.

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in community management, social engagement, or customer marketing. They should demonstrate success in building and scaling communities from scratch or growing an early-stage user base.

A strong command of online community tools and CRM/marketing tools is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a user-first mindset and high empathy, are essential for this role.
