Enterprise Systems Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to lead our Enterprise Systems team. As a shepherd, servant leader, advocate, teacher, coach, challenger, and contributor, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, operating, and supporting enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, team leadership, and people management, with a minimum of seven years of experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to partner effectively with Product Owners to ensure technical implementation meets business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pursue the burndown of each sprint to bring valuable items to fruition.
  • Lead the team to ensure exceptional service.
  • Partner actively with Product Manager to advance the suite of applications.
  • Develop within Salesforce and other force.com applications.
  • Participate in the refinement of the teams' backlog.
  • Provide leadership in continuous improvement of the scrum team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in Salesforce development, team leadership, and people management.
  • Strong experience supporting applications in shared or virtual environments.
  • Experience with SQL DBMS interface and integrated tools.
