Job Title: Experienced Technical Specialist

A key role in our organization is to provide expert technical support for the implementation and maintenance of our software solutions. As a highly skilled technical specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and document system requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical design documents to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of solution architecture to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Utilize Excel add-ins to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of data entities and system administration principles to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project deployments using LCS and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of X++ programming language to develop functional extensions, forms, workflows, and reports.
  • Experience with integration using various connectors and Azure components to enhance system capabilities.
  • Expertise in Rest Web API and OData Entity development to create scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Proficiency in database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, and views to optimize system performance.
  • Knowledge of TDD creation, unit testing, and other agile methodologies to ensure high-quality delivery.

Competency / Capability / Experiences:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in software implementation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to run high-intensity workshops and deliver multiple large-scale implementations.
  • Certification on latest product at desired levels and proficiency in delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable).
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and planning skills to manage project delivery.
