Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a challenging and rewarding role within our business, working with leading financial institutions.

The position lies within the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology transformation area, focusing on Client Onboarding, Maintenance, and Offboarding.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to collaborate directly with our technical lead, project manager, developers, testers, and other configuration specialists.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with technical analysis, software design & implementation, configurations, deployments, release control in line with IT strategy and enterprise technical standards.

You will support the delivery of projects to implement new software for clients or changes to existing implementations, ensuring optimal quality.

This involves configuring and customising our key workflow software to meet client requirements.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of technology stacks used in financial services, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects that involve implementing software for new clients, customising product offerings/workflow/forms/integrations for existing clients, and enhancing core platform capabilities.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and document business and technical requirements, recommending implementation and design options.
  • Support technical planning, estimations, development, build, and deployment phases of the software project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical lead, client-facing Project Manager, other Tech Consultants, QAs, and BAs across the firm.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in software development, technical specialist, or related field, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Technical design and coding/config expertise: system design, sizing, and estimations of change needed, build, deployments, and package quality control, relating to systems implementation from design, coding through testing to delivery and live maintenance.
  • Some understanding of CLM end-to-end in large financial institutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical matters to diverse audiences.

  • Prior experience in GoldTier application is highly valued.
