Senior Identity Manager

We are seeking a seasoned expert to play a pivotal role in supporting, maintaining and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
Rewarding Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SailPoint IdentityIQ issues with precision and care.
- Develop, modify and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules and connectors to drive seamless operations.
- Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with Level 3 teams to escalate complex problem resolutions.
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews to ensure optimal security.
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes for future reference.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs to drive innovation.
- Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management to guarantee success.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to unravel complex problems.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices to safeguard our systems.
