We are seeking an experienced Privileged Identity Management Professional to join our team.

As a Privileged Identity Management Professional, you will be responsible for implementing and managing privileged identity management solutions using CyberArk technology.

  • About the Role:
  • Implement Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers across various industries
  • Lead project execution and demonstrate strong technical leadership
  • Maintain expertise in CyberArk privileged account security suite – versions 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x
  • Automate tasks related to user and safe management using CyberArk PACLI
  • Capture detailed requirements based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements
  • Design and Architecture of overall CyberArk implementation
  • Perform compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes, provide alerts and reports, investigate incidents, and resolve them
  • Travel as required for customer site deployments
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration, Windows Cluster Server, network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools
  • Experience working in an on/offshore environment with a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes
  • Customer service background with ability to empathize with customers and own issues to resolution
  • Contribute specialist input to team queries

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of CyberArk privileged account security suite and its applications
  • Has experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects
  • Is skilled in automation tools such as CyberArk PACLI
  • Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
