Job Title: Advanced Identity Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level support for identity access management and SailPoint in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulations.
  • Design, architect, and optimize OAM and SailPoint platforms; manage capacity and upgrades to ensure seamless performance.
  • Lead major incidents and mentor junior teams; produce detailed post-incident reports to drive process improvements.
  • Define standards and implement automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions to streamline operations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning drills and performance benchmarking initiatives.
  • Develop strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Assume ownership of responsibilities and demonstrate readiness for 24/7 support and on-call rotations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in identity access management, SailPoint, Unix/Linux, ITIL processes, SWIFT compliance, capacity planning, DR/BCP strategy, ServiceNow/BMC, vendor administration tools, and automation.
