Identity Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our identity and access management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance solutions within our organization.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the overall security of digital identities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement identity governance solutions, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Integrate our identity governance solution with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
  • Implement and manage on-prem Active Directory.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management processes for staff and contractors.
  • Experience in deploying our identity governance solution on-premises to integrate with on-prem application.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Azure Active Directory and on-prem Active Directory implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Hands-on experience with provisioning process.
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
