The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating People Risk within HR processes, as well as providing independent challenge and advisory support to HR teams on control effectiveness.

- Oversee HR governance and control frameworks across regional and global teams.

- Enhance control methods to prevent significant operational risk events.
