Job Description

The role involves providing specialist risk–management solutions to businesses across diverse sectors and markets. With a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value to clients.

As a Corporate Sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying the insurance needs of government clients, understanding their risk profiles, and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis and Client Management: Identify the insurance needs of government clients, understand their risk profiles, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proposal and Quotation Management: Prepare and submit proposals to insurance companies, negotiate terms, and ensure the best possible coverage and pricing for government clients.
  • Policy Placement and Management: Place insurance policies with insurers, manage policy renewals, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and government guidelines.
  • Claims Management: Assist clients with the claims process, including documentation, negotiation, and settlement of claims.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to insurance broking and government contracts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, key stakeholders, and insurance providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduate, MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience from the Insurance industry only.
  • Experience in connecting with top-level management or decision makers of large corporates, PSU's, Government companies etc.
  • Generating revenue individually and with the team.
  • Team handling experience.
  • Product Knowledge - Non-Employee benefits (Non EB).
