Job Title:

Senior Technical Analyst – IGA


Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in onboarding applications into the IGA system, working with internal engineers to build integrations as per governance best practices and application requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with application owners to understand their systems and explain the integration process, purpose, and goals.
  2. Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  3. Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by app teams to perform the integration.
  4. Work with internal engineers to build the integration as per governance best practices and application requirements.
  5. Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.

Qualifications:
  1. 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  2. Updated identity mapping and configured source and target applications for attributes.
  3. Experience in developing custom workflows for Lifecycle Management/Just-in-Time Provisioning.
  4. Administration, implementation, and support of SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions.
  5. Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  6. Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
  7. Development or work with forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates.
  8. Creation of custom reports for specific and general purposes.
  9. Rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  10. Work on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  11. Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, and Active Directory and LDAP applications.
