As a seasoned IAM professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge identity and access management solutions.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity tools, as well as proficiency in Java backend development and scripting.

Deep understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC is essential, along with experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, and familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.

Bonus skills include basic Linux administration and PKI (X.509 certificates), but what sets our perfect candidate apart is their ability to troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues across environments.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Utilize PingFederate, PingAccess, and related Ping Identity products to craft innovative identity and access management solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Develop and Maintain Backend Services: Leverage Java to create and maintain robust backend services that support seamless authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Integrate Applications into SSO Frameworks: Seamlessly integrate applications into single sign-on frameworks using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols, ensuring a unified user experience.
  • Customize PingFederate Policies: Employ OGNL expressions to customize PingFederate policies and support front-end customizations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient identity solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in IAM with a focus on SSO and federation.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java backend development, scripting, and expertise in Ping Identity tools, identity protocols, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Ability to identify and resolve complex authentication and federation issues across diverse environments.
