Operational Leadership Role

The General Manager - Operations will oversee end-to-end operations of the apparel manufacturing business.

This role provides strategic leadership in production, supply chain, quality, sustainability, and workforce management while driving continuous improvement to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations across production, planning, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Production Management: Monitor production lines to ensure delivery targets, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Planning & Coordination: Oversee production planning and material flow to meet customer order timelines.
  • Quality & Compliance: Implement and monitor strict quality control measures across all production stages.
  • Cost & Efficiency Control: Drive cost reduction through waste minimization, process optimization, and improved productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in apparel/fabric manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end apparel production processes (knits, woven, fabric, finishing).
  • Proven track record in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
