Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our enterprise information security strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in information security and experience in developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex multi-platform environment.

  • Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity and assess their potential impact on our security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of our information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations and be able to stay up-to-date with emerging threats and industry trends.
