Mission

We seek a highly experienced Cybersecurity expert to lead the cybersecurity strategy and operations in one or multiple regions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cybersecurity Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for region-specific cybersecurity matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, including Group CISO, legal representatives, customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Sites Cybersecurity Officers Management: Functionally manage sites' cybersecurity officers, leading regular meetings, relaying communications, and coordinating translations related to cybersecurity.
  • Valeo ISSP Deployment: Deploy and assess the level of cybersecurity across different sites within the region, disseminating group standards, rules, and best practices while controlling and validating Valeo ISSP compliance.
  • Cybersecurity Incidents Coordination: Ensure swift resolution of incidents by coordinating with sites' cybersecurity officers and Group CIRT.

Responsibility

This role also involves acting as an internal cybersecurity risk auditor for other regions and contributing to the evolution of Valeo ISSP and group cybersecurity programs.

We are looking for a candidate with above 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably in an international company with a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience linked to cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS…), technical topics such as malware, patch management, firewalling, infrastructure, network, system, database, application experience, and team management experience.
