Job Description

We are seeking a growth-oriented Demand Generation Strategist to drive pipeline growth and campaigns across both outbound and inbound channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies, driving pipeline growth through targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and execute Aereo's Webinars, Email Campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, Events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys, ensuring campaign relevance and effectiveness.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI, providing data-driven insights to inform future campaign optimizations.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM (Zoho), marketing automation, and website performance tools, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Proven ability to manage webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies, with expertise in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and project management skills, to deliver results-driven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Exposure to international markets, including GCC, Brazil, and Australia, is a plus.
