About the Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our question bank and subject expert panel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality questions banks for assessments by collaborating with experts in the field.
  • Create multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in general knowledge and current affairs.
  • Manage question banks, set quality standards, and track inventory to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for test development activities and schedule training sessions for SME pools.
  • Support lead subject administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of the education system of the country and relevant curricula.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation – test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
