Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to oversee the management and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of online learning experiences for employees, including administrative tasks, content upload and tracking, timely recording of trainings, and reporting & analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LMS Administration: Administer and optimize the company's LMS to ensure efficient use of resources and smooth delivery of learning content.
  • User Support & Training: Provide training and support to employees and managers on using the LMS, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system functionality aligns with training needs.
  • Content Development & Management: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to build detailed content outlines and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training materials.
  • Instructional Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials that cater to various learning styles and organizational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in Learning & Development with significant experience in LMS administration and content development.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in LMS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting, proficiency in eLearning development tools, strong project management skills, analytical skills to track, measure, and report on LMS data and training effectiveness.
