Job Overview:

This position is a key role in the SAP Finance and Control team, responsible for providing expert consulting services to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct thorough analysis of financial requirements, identify business needs, and design solutions that meet these needs.
  • SAP Configuration and Mapping: Map financial processes and objectives in SAP, configure FI/CO modules, and enhance system performance.
  • Quality Assurance and Impact Assessment: Validate partner-proposed solutions, review change requests, and perform impact assessments to ensure quality and completeness.
  • Process Improvement and IT Policy Development: Identify areas for process improvement, propose new procedures, and develop IT policies, standards, and SOPs.
  • User Support and Training: Provide user support, conduct SAP trainings, and ensure smooth onboarding of new systems.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to business teams, providing guidance and support on complex financial issues.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: 10-15 years of experience in full SAP cycle implementation and supporting projects in manufacturing companies.
  • Specific Skills: Minimum 5 years of SAP HANA experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing & Profitability Analysis.
  • Technical Qualifications: ABAP Knowledge, SAP Certified, PMP, Data Design, Data Classification, and Data Security.

Education and Certifications:

  • B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, CA, ICWA
