Job Title: Senior Consultant

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to lead our data science efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences. You will also build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems
  • Apply expertise in machine learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in machine learning, and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning)
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses
  • Prior experience working in the e-commerce sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution
