In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas of focus where training may improve team performance and incident resolution metrics. You will also contribute to Residential Production Support Management-related audits, analyze process data for KPIs, and partner with the Residential Reliability Change Management Team on application configuration and break-fix changes.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. A solid understanding of operational support tools and processes is preferred, as well as hands-on technical experience and the ability to participate in rotating on-call support.

You will be responsible for providing technical leadership to junior engineers and project teams, working closely with vendors and engineering organizations, and adhering to industry and company technical requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
