Job Opportunity

This role involves leading the Debit Cards products propositions and new initiatives to maximize revenue and optimize cost. The focus includes building customer-centric value propositions, seamless end-to-end onboarding experiences, tracking product-wise spends, activation, retention, and attrition metrics, and lead-focused campaigns. Developing Product Strategy is essential to increase spends and profitability of various product suites.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products preferably in card product management with a leading bank. They should be able to construct a product roadmap for both existing and new product launches, get buy-in from a larger team, and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing PRDs and BRDs, with usage scenarios, user stories, feature specifications, making product design decisions, creating GTMs, analyzing post-launch metrics, and continuous iteration
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across internal and external industry leaders, negotiating complex topics, resolving conflicts, and leading various channels for delivery and experience
  • Partnering with merchants, card networks, fintechs, and other partners to create offerings available on the Debit card product suite
Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-15 years of experience in cards product management with a leading bank or consumer financial institution
  • Strong understanding of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
Education

A full-time Master's Degree from a Tier 1 Business School majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration is essential.
