Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Coordination: Build and maintain candidate pipelines, screen resumes against role scorecards, schedule interviews, and manage calendar invites.
  • Onboarding & People Operations: Prepare pre-boarding checklists, run Day-1 orientation, collect statutory forms, and ensure timely next steps.

Duration: 6 months

Conversion: High intent to convert to full-time based on performance, culture fit, and business need

Reporting to: HR Manager / People Operations Lead

As an HR intern, you'll have the chance to contribute to various aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and people management. You'll work closely with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow.
