Insurance Operations Specialist Role

This position requires a strong communicator and process expert to manage post-payment customer journeys, ensuring timely case issuance with minimal turnaround time and high first-time right rates.

We seek an experienced insurance operations professional with a solid understanding of underwriting principles and proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle complex customer conversations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing post-payment cases from start to finish
  • Coordinating with insurers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to drive timely case issuance
  • Achieving monthly issuance targets with minimal TAT and high FTR rate

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of insurance underwriting and decision-making processes
  • Ability to handle customers patiently and navigate complex conversations
  • Proven stakeholder management skills to push cases forward
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Insurance operations
  • Basic computer and Excel skills
