This leadership role oversees a team of experts responsible for monitoring and managing our multi-cloud environment.

As a senior leader, you will drive improvements through collaboration with peer leaders, provide strategic guidance to senior management, and lead the broader organization beyond your value stream. A key focus area is guiding us through digital transformation, encompassing both technology advancements and cultural shifts.

  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the operations of our environment, collaborating with peer groups and reporting outcomes.
  • Lead incident and request management, seeking patterns, trends, and taking corrective action.
  • Communicate effectively at various levels, including direct interactions with senior leaders, providing career guidance, and mentoring junior resources.
  • Drive DevOps, Security, and agile methodologies across all platform aspects.
  • Cultivate relationships with thought leaders across IT and business to drive business-focused outcomes.
  • Demonstrate metric-driven results, communicating status and trends to leadership.
  • Represent the organization externally, offering leadership to the broader organization.
  • Elevate the operations team as the space grows and matures.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to identify improvement opportunities in the environment.
  • Establish efficient processes for operating and managing our multi-cloud ecosystem.
  • Interface with key vendors on cloud operations and ongoing management.
  • Work with the SRE team to improve reliability through practical application and feedback.
  • Pursue refinement of SMART metrics, driving action from those metrics and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Promote security throughout our platform and collaborate with CYBER to provide a highly secure environment.
  • Foster heavy collaboration with CYBER on process development and response to security events.
  • Drive Zero Trust operational initiatives to successful completion.
