Job Title: Cloud Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our multi-cloud service operations portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Managed Services and multi-cloud delivery, including 24x7 support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-cloud managed services with a primary focus on Azure, expanding to AWS, GCP, and other platforms.

2. Ensure exceptional customer experience by acting as the frontline customer leader and managing the unique needs of SMB customers.

3. Define and track cloud-centric performance metrics, SLAs, and OLAs to ensure service effectiveness and continuous improvement.

4. Collaborate with product and GTM teams to enable business growth aspiration and build high-performing, customer-centric teams.

5. Influence cultural adoption of modern technologies and delivery models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 15+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management or Cloud/IT operations.

2. Expertise in Azure Managed & Professional Services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & DevOps practices, ITSM & cloud monitoring tools, and Data Center exit strategy & execution.

3. Proven track record in customer-facing cloud delivery roles within service-based organizations.

4. Strong experience in managing multi-vendor ecosystems and large-scale operations.
