Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead strategic digital initiatives and drive successful project delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee website development, redesign, and optimization projects.
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) and AB testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
