We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client programs. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Level 2 Escalation calls, liaising with various lines of business, and promoting client programs and products. You will also assist with training and monitoring call center agents to ensure quality of service, and maintain the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for different Lines of Business (LOBs).

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in a similar or related customer service position, preferably with previous subject matter expert knowledge.
  • Familiarity with MS Office is also essential.
