Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Demantra Specialist to lead our Demand Management and Sales & Operations Planning initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Demantra modules.

You will analyze business requirements and translate them into Demantra configurations, workflows, and integration points. Additionally, you will customize Demantra worksheets, workflows, series expressions, and levels.

Your expertise in integrating Demantra with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules will be crucial in ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal planning results.

As a dedicated specialist, you will work closely with end-users to provide functional and technical support, resolve issues, and improve forecast accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Demantra implementations and support.
  • Proficient in Demantra Demand Management, S&OP, and integration with Oracle EBS (11i or R12).
  • Strong knowledge of Demantra data model, workflows, and Analytical Engine.
  • Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle DB, and performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Oracle ASCP, Fusion SCM, or other advanced planning systems.
  • Experience with custom Demantra add-ons or external data integrations (e.g., Excel macros, BI tools).
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, forecast modeling, and statistical algorithms.
